Coconut bread roti [KHUBUSA POLI] Ingredients Milk 1 cup Bread slice 3 Ghee 1 tsp Coconut [shredded] Half Cardomom 2 Water 1 cup Cashew nuts 8 Sonamsori 1 TSP Sugar 200g Eggs 6 Almonds 8-12 Method                                                                             Step: 01 ·         Take a hot cup of milk. ·         Take three slices of bread. Spend time with yourself -NazeefWrite I have developed a habit to go for a walk after Isha prayer. The cold chilly nights offers me a great rejuvenation. I developed this habit after I felt my schedule getting tighter and to-do-list growing longer. I found myself drowning into the ocean of tension and anxiety. I wanted a space where I will have no one to talk to or share with. All I needed was some ‘me –time’. After I finish performing the last congregational prayer of the day, I swiftly walk towards the ‘zaliye road’. It is a beautiful way with few travelers to step on its back. Most of the time it is enveloped with silence. This is the only time where I feel to ask questions about myself. I interrogate. I resolve some issues during the process. I design projects in my mind and I mull about the writings of great authors. Sometimes, I also plan for the next day.
