ALONE AND WILD.

 When I was in high school, I was a nerd. I was engrossed in books with no one beside me to talk. I wasn’t everybody’s favorite but I was not at all born to impress anyone either. I had that strange feeling in my mind that being in a state of solitude is a gift in disguise.

It isn’t necessary to have friends beside you unless you are very depressed or in a critical condition. Otherwise alone and wild is a recipe for a happy life. Why do we cry for not having any friend beside us? What make you so dependent on them? Is it that you cannot live life or you have been labelled ‘grey’?

We are often haunted by loneliness thus we shift ourselves to online media. We spent hours and hours without noticing the stars that has already begun to twinkle. Witnessing scenes of children shifting to pornography is even more a horrible sight. Some people lock themselves inside their house moaning over the gloomy side of their lives with tears in their eyes.

These things won’t help you to make friends. These will neither erode your loneliness. You gotta do real things! You have to sit and think for a while how can you utilize your ‘lonely’ time. You gotta learn an activity and focus on it. I prefer writing as my activity whenever I find myself alone. Guess what? I found my love in Microsoft word. I found the keyboard finally understanding my feelings. Searching for the new words in google make my heart bounce and when my writing is being done, I find myself flying up in the air.

Likewise, learn any new activity or skill. Celebrate it with all zeal and power. Focus on it like eagle’s sight. Make it a brand. Let people know your work. Grow your market. Make it as your business. Stop wasting your time sitting idle as the saying goes ‘an idle mind is a devil’s workshop’.

You will make friends during the process. You will get a chance to communicate with your tribe. Take a step to take the advantage of your lonely time otherwise life will throw some responsibilities on your shoulder and there will be nothing other than regrets and shame.
