Coconut bread roti [KHUBUSA POLI]

Ingredients

Milk
1 cup
Bread slice

Ghee
1 tsp
Coconut [shredded]
Half
Cardomom

Cashew nuts

Method                                                                           


Step: 01
·        Take a hot cup of milk.
·        Take three slices of bread. Remove the brown part of the bread.
·        Add ghee onto the slice of bread
·        Pour milk. Keep it for half an hour.

Step: 02
·        Take a teaspoon of sonamasori.
·        Pour a cup of water.
·        Keep it for half an hour.

Step: 03
·        Take a bowl.
·        Add six eggs. Beat it.
·        Add sugar into the eggs. Beat it again.
·        Keep it for some minutes.


Step: 04
·        Take a half shredded coconut.
·        Take two cardamom.
·        Take a cup of water.
·        Grind it!

Step: 05
·       Extract the milk from the coconut that was sent for grinding.

Step: 06
·        Take a small grinder.
·        Add 8 cashew nuts.
·        Add sonamasori.
·        Pour little water.
·        Grind it!

Step: 07
·        Take the mixture of eggs, coconut milk, cashew mixture and the bread [step 01]
·        Mix it all together.

Step: 08
·        Take a non-stick pan.
·        Apply ghee on the walls of the pan.
·        Add the final mixture.
·        Heat it on low range.

Step: 9
·        Apply the above heating to the mixture.
·        Keep it in the oven.
·        Have a toothpick test.

Step: 10
·        Let it be cool for some time.
·        Garnish it with thin pieces of almonds.
